called my work saying I owed a Easy Cash Advance. I had looked the number up when I had been put on hold earlier, so had a feeling it was bogus. Said I had 3 charges against me. I pushed for info, was rude to him and I be danged if he didnt have my bank name, last four of my account, my home address, work number and the last 4 of my ssn. Scarey

Automated System, said I won $40.00 Gift Card. Gave option to opt out. Thank you for giving this as an option.

My family members were called instead looking for me, instead of just calling me personally, and telling them that I was being sued and that if they didn't give the information that they needed they would be held in contempt of court. I have tried to contact these people several times now and this last time I called them I was actually hung up on by a very rude receptionist, AFTER I was left on hold for 5 minutes. Not real sure what they want and really don't care - I'm unemployed!!

"Hello, this is Heather" I get calls from this # every few days. This is quite irritating because I have asked to be removed from their call lists on numerous occasions and they still keep calling me. Furthermore, the # that they are calling me on is an emergency communication asset aboard my passenger vessel and its purpose is to function as a redundancy back up for our emergency radio gear. Any non authorized use of that asset endangers my vessel, crew and company. In effect, their incessant calls could be characterized as acts of tampering with an emergency communications system. Such acts are considered by federal law enforcement specialists as felony crimes and could be considered as acts of terrorism. Caller said my name and offered me a $1000 online shopping spree - asked if I was single and what year I was born. Then said thank you and hung up.

I received a call from this man with a poor English accent and he left a threatening message on my cell phone. He also called my job twice in one day harrassing me. H claimed that I had a lawsuit filed under me with the last 4 numbers of my social and that if I did not return his call, he would cause me to lose my job and that I would be arrested and that I would be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law in court.
